Great place for vegans and non-vegans - Edit
I've been visiting the Wexford Festival Opera for 11 years and always had difficulties eating in Wexford. I was ecstatic to try this restaurant and was not disappointed. There is an entire page of vegan options and all that I had were delicious. The portions are huge and the owners and staff are wonderful people.
Pros: Good vegan menu, Full non-vegan menu for non-veg friends, Friendly staff and good sized portions
Cons: A little dark, Small, Got one wrong order (but corrected)

Was pleasantly surprised to see a full vegan menu at Donna Marina. They make their own seitan! In Wexford! The food is simply delicious and at a very reasonable price. Go share their food in your friends' company and you won't regret it.
Pros: Diverse vegan menu, Democratic prices, Generous portions
Cons: Missing the food when not in Wexford...
