If you are interested in authentic Taiwanese cuisine, then you have to try out this place, especially their mock beef noodle soup!

I was recommended this place while in Kaohsiung so I decided to give it a try. It was definitely more fancier than the typical places I’ve been to in Taiwan by far. The menu clearly indicates what uses eggs / dairy so it’s easy to tell which items are vegan. I ordered usual dishes that I would eat at home and they ended up being yummy.
