Excellent Veggies and Vegan options locally - Edit
This place has great options for vegans, lots of new items come in so the stock isn't always the same. The vegetables are not super diverse in selection but they have all the essentials and lots of them. The prices are mid - cheaper than save-on foods or safeway but more expensive than superstore or T&T. Best local grocery, I come here often.

They have a fair amount of vegan options for being a smaller grocer. Good prices on organic canned beans/lentils and when they have sales they are often really good! Best to check frequently to catch the best deals
