I tried to get lunch here. The place was packed. They told me that they were completely booked for lunch and dinner for the next two days. I didn't get to eat here, but on atmosphere, location, and the fact it is so popular and has so many vegan options, I've given it 4 stars.

Some of the best food I had in La Habana - Edit
I went to Doña Eutimia twice during my stay in Cuba.
It was nice to be able to have some black beans (frijoles negros), and even chickpeas (garbanzos vegetarianos) to load up on protein. Everything was very delicious, even the bread, which tasted fresh. Admittedly, I liked the bread so much I ordered it the second time just so I could keep it for breakfast the next day.
The restaurant and the terrace are nicely decorated, there are often groups of tourists, music is sometimes being played live outside by neighbouring restaurants, and the staff is courteous.
Don't forget to reserve.
