Vegan Paradise with Organic Salads and Tacos - Edit
I'm strict vegan and they offer an organic field green salad with a honey lime-vinaigrette that's out of this world. Pair it with their great guacamole and a slim taco with extra veggies and you've met veggie heaven.

Guacamole and GF Chips Heaven - Edit
I come here strictly for the freshly made guacamole, GF chips fried in a dedicated fryer and their freshly made salsas. The staff is knowledgeable of other veggie menu options, but I come only for their guacamole and chips. Their that good!

Great menu - Edit
Rather you're a strict vegan or vegetarian, don juanz can accommodate. Their menu has a nice Dailey Dietary Preparation key that offers GF, vegetarian and vegan menu items. All are notated with either a GF, VT or a V. Pure and simple. Everything we tried was clean, fresh and bursting with flavor.

Five Star Effort! - Edit
It takes a minute to learn the menu at this spotless clean fast casual restaurant, but once you do, you'll fall in love with this place. The food is fresh, wholesome & thoughtfully sourced. The service seamless & friendly. What I like the most is their effort to get things done the way I ask. My favorite taco ever is the slim taco with no rice. It's served on a gluten-free corn tortilla and can be customized with any of their extras that are creatively displayed on a surfboard as a side-menu. The guacamole was the best, most colorful and zestiest I've ever had. It was worth the additional cost for the splurge of goodness. Their chips are 100% corn chips fried in a dedicated fryer with canola oil and are so crispy, they often snap in the guacamole. The salsa verde is pure flavor with smokiness and the red salsa is so good, I can drink it. The slim tacos, slim burritos and the veggie baja bowls can all be customized to your liking by adding extra veggies from the extras surfboard. Their menu also goes the extra mile by providing menu modifiers for vegan and vegetarian menu items (look for the V or VT next to the items you're ordering). Additional reassurance to their healthy dining commitment is their 14 certified Eat Fit menu items. Totally recommend this place!

Good portion sizes - Edit
We got 2 veggie burritos (no cheese). The burrito was big but mainly rice/beans. There wasn’t much veggies in it. Nonetheless, still pretty dang good. The refried beans are good as well - just ask for no cheese. Delicious to dip the tortilla chips in. They also offer tacos and a burrito bowl that can be made vegan.
