Chef is very familiar with vegan requirements - Edit
Most Friday nights is tapas night, and the chef (Jose) always makes vegan options. The chef also happens to be a good friend of mine and has catered vegan events for me, so you can trust it's legit! He prefers to use all fresh ingredients and no fake stuff. He's Canterbury's best kept secret. He takes a lot of pride in making scrumptious vegan foods that please everyone. The paprika he uses comes straight from Spain (sent from home!) and is a lovely touch. Great place for warm evenings in the park; sometimes there is live music.
