No separate vegan menu but a few clearly labelled on the standard menu they have

Went here with friends who chose to eat here, was happy with the menu clearly being marked including drinks which is good as not normally something that is done drink wise.

However tried to order the bruschetta to start which was labelled Ve but the waiter said he actually knows its not and it needs changing on the menu, something in the bread is not vegan, did serve us with another type of bread so the dish was Vegan.

I had spaghetti bolognese as a main, was very good but i think this was due to it being beyond meat, nothing else stand out about it, my partner had the pesto spaghetti and left it all said it was tasteless, also ordered Zucchini fritters which he also left as were extremely oily. The chilli spinach was gorgeous.

Not one vegan dessert except sorbet which is a bit of a let down when they have vegan starters and mains …

Would not rush back, but was not the worst place to eat for a vegan if you have to go with non vegans who want to eat there just stick to the beyond meat spaghetti bolognese 👌

Lovely vegan bolognese

I had the bruschetta & vegan bolognese with beyond meat mince which was so nice! It’s not often you can get an authentic bolognese as a vegan. They were kind enough to let me have the pre theatre menu price as well, as there was only one vegan option which wasn’t to my taste. However,
They did make an error by almost giving me non-vegan cheese on my bruschetta- it’s a good job I asked! Other than that I would definitely recommend:)

Unimpressed

Decided eat to here, even though there are loads of fully vegan restaurants in Manchester, as we fancied pizza/pasta. It was pretty disappointing.

I had the farfalle tricolore which was bland and very oily. The "fresh peas" were dry. I can honestly make much better pasta myself! The pasta Norma was a bit better, but nothing to write home about. We also ordered focaccia, which was quite expensive (approx £10), but turned out to just be a garlic and rosemary pizza. The cannelloni tasted nice, but was a curiously small portion (just one "tube").

The service somehow managed to strike the balance of being simultaneously slow at the beginning, and intrusive, offering my husband to taste the wine, even though I'd ordered it, and clearing away plates even though some of us were still eating.

When the bill came, they'd added on an "optional" 12.5% plus a £1 charitable donation. This was a rare occasion where I had thought about not leaving a tip, or perhaps less than 10%, but because I'm a coward I didn't have the guts to argue the toss with the waitress, so I just paid it. I think it's a bit crap to put customers in the position of having to actively complain, rather than allowing the "silent protest" of no/minimal tip.

Pros: A few vegan options, Quite funky circular booth tables, Not a chain

Cons: Food was mediocre , Poor service, Bill comes with 12.5% tip and charitable donation

Luxurious!

Felt super luxury here and they had fantastic vegan options! I feel that usually high end places like this neglect vegan options or have one or two which are often half arsed, but not here! There were great vegan options and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Super fancy place and had a great time, lovely atmosphere and good service!

Pros: Great vegan options , Reasonably priced / although higher end
