Came here for a late lunch. The menu is on the blackboard and you can order from a QR code.
Read moreI was hungry and ordered the focaccia with zucchini chips and almond ricotta and basil and lemon. It was a good sized serve and the flavour was refreshing and delicious. The focaccia was so soft and tasty too.
I also had coffee which I loved being served in a stovetop espresso maker.
We also had the crisps with rosemary. I loved the flavour.
My partner had the americano burger which he enjoyed.
Really nice staff and food. If I had more time I would go again.

The konjac texture was amazing. And the sauce that it comes with really gives it a nice seafood taste.
Read moreThe Americano burger was average. Tho onions were bland, it had a good smokey flavour, but the price was just CRAZY. $27. I feel like it would be better with a more acidic sauce or addition of pickles or something like that.
I'd go again to try other things because everyone seems to rave about this place, but I just don't get the hype.

We were in the neighbourhood and I figured we should come here for lunch since we hadn’t tried it yet. My companion pointed out we’d already eaten bready stuff for breakfast but I convinced him to check the place out. Everything was on a blackboard menu and one of the friendly staff highlighted the banquet option. It was tempting to sample several of the share plate dishes but we decided it would be too much this time. We chose the Polpetz focaccia, with its delicious olive meatballs and Napoli sauce, and the Americano burger with its equally delicious housemade patty, bacon and cheese (sauce). Both were tasty in their different ways and not diminished by the significant proportion of bread. I shall return someday for the banquet.

BEST vegan “calamari” (konjac) I’ve ever had - so so tasty and salad is insanely yum. I also had the eggplant parmi Foccacia sandwich which was so filling and delicious.

I had the zucchini sandwich. The almond ricotta was Devine. Would've loved a little more. Had an orange Aperol spritz too which was really refreshing. Would love to try the olive meatball sandwich another time. Super cute inside too. Down the quieter end of King Street. The owner was really friendly and helpful.

My last day in Sydney and I had to try this place! I’m so glad I did. The owner is an absolutely lovely bloke who I spent sometime chatting with and he made me feel truly welcome.

The restaurant itself is also really lovely, such a warm, homely welcoming place.

The owner of the store was extremely friendly and accommodating of my dietary requirements (gluten free soy free) and made the group I was in feel very welcome. Of the entrees I tried - the konjacmari, carpaccio & crispy chips. Of the mains I tried the GF Focacce Parmigana & Ricotta Zucchini. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. The calamari with seaweed tartare and the Ricotta Zucchini Focacce were especially amazing. Everything was seasoned so well and serving sizes were very generous. We will definitely be coming back 😋😋

This is a truly great eatery. Burgers are tasty and the vegan calamari is just the best. Lorenzo has so much pride in making sure your experience is the best. Really is a wonderful place to hang out and meet with friends, or eat solo.

A lot of vegan food is repeated flavours. And what can you do only so many ingredients. Well don Fred blew it out of the park. I was eating my food and had to double check it was all vegan. Amazing. Absolutely amazing.

We came at lunch on the weekend, the place had a nice buzz, played cool music and the owner was so friendly and welcoming. The menu had so many things on it I wanted to try. In the end we had the crispy zucchini 'Don Bun' (burger) and the crunchy schnitzel foccacia. Both were so nicely presented and absolutely delicious with unique and very Italian flavours. The chic mousse for dessert was perfection. I will absolutely be back multiple times and look forward to working my way through the entire menu!

This time I got the vegan squid salad it was tasty crispy so good I also got the lemon mint frozen drink also very nice! It was perfect for a lunch near my work as I wanted something light and refreshing! Love it can’t wait to try more!

The owner is super friendly and made us feel welcome. He is attentive, cares about the service and quality of food.

I popped there for a late lunch as they are open all the time from 12pm to 9pm. I had a focaccia with an amazing schnitzel and a good beer. The place has great atmosphere. Every detail matches. Last but not least, the music, probably Italian dub was great too. I n my opinion the best place in Sydney for vegan European food.
