Great skewers - Edit
The skewers (vegetables mtsvadi) were very delicious. Staff knows what veganism means, and even saved me by double checking, because it turns out the ghomi is not vegan (contains butter). I wasn’t actively offered to have food be veganized. But also didn’t ask for it. Leaving out the Ghomi the options are a bit more limited. But overall good food. Service was also very good

Amazing - Edit
Certainly the best food I had during my trip in Georgia! Can't leave 5 stars as not fully veggie/vegan

Cosy restaurant in a lovely hotel with labelled vegan options - Edit
I stayed in the attached Communal Hotel (it was lovely!) and was pleasantly surprised that the breakfasts, room service, and restaurant options were all veganisable. The English menu has labelled vegetarian and vegan options, and English-speaking staff understand veganism and are happy to help/modify things, including the bread, so that they are vegan.
Read moreThe tomato salad with ajika was a highlight, and I was a little bit obsessed with the fire-roasted vegetable skewers (Vegetables Mtsvadi on the menu). You could taste the grilled charcoal! Delicious. The bread was ample and super tasty. The Doli hummus is a nice twist: a normal hummus with traditional Georgian spices.
The prices are super reasonable, especially considering the high quality, and the restaurant's ambience is gorgeous: dark, moody, and super cosy. Coffee and alcohol available, including with almond milk. Can pay with cash or card.
Highly recommend!
Pros: English menu w. labelled vegetarian/vegan options, delicious food, wonderful cosy atmosphere
