Pizza - Edit

I've only been there once. I was a little bit disappointed by the vegan cheese, it wasn't stretchy like real cheese, but the flavor was really good! I took a pizza with mushrooms, garlic and vegan pepperoni.

Pros: Nice personnel

Cons: Vegan cheese could be better

This is the pizplace - Edit

Yes. If you're looking for a very good pizza in Barcelona don't look further. This is your place.

Great vegan pizza with vegan cheese and other very interesting dishes in the menu.

Fully recommended if you're pizza fan!

Pros: Vegan pizza, Staff

Cons: None

Tasty Veg Pizzas - Edit

The pizzas here at Dolce are different. We normally like lots of sauce and avoid faux cheese and meat, but they do have options without that. We tried both options and they both were tasty. The crust is thin and crunchy but good. We were skeptical about the place, but the pizzas turned out to be really tasty. Even better is that everything is house made and fresh. We also tried their desserts, and although good, not the best in Barcelona.

Pros: Good pizzas, Good value, Good quality and selections

I expected more - Edit

I read the good reviews about this place and decided to try it, after having had a terrible dinner elsewhere that same night and this place was not so far.
The staff is friendly and the service is quickly.
The thing I didn't like was that they serve non vegetarian cheese (that has animal rennet).
We chose pizzas with vegan cheese. I was a little disappointed because my pizza with vegetables had very few veggies (to be a 10 € pizza!). I did not really like the vegan cheese... maybe because it was overcooked but it looked like plastic with no flavour.
I think they neither do the pizza dough, it looked more like toast bread.
For dessert we had tiramisu, it had a good taste but it was very dry.
I think they could improve a lot and above all, stop serving cheese. For something they have the word vegans in their name, right?

Pros: friendly staff

Cons: not vegan cheese served, improve pizza and dessert

My new favorite place in Barcelona! - Edit

Ok, so this place is a must go!! Awesome, delicious food, attentive staff, cosy atmosphere, great prices and all vegan!! Surprisingly enough I haven't tried their pizza, but had some entrees and some nachos with vegan (carrot) cheese. Their dessert, the chocolate cake, was amazing. I will most definitely be going back.

Pros: Food, Staff, Prices

Cons: None

Surprisingly tasty! - Edit

I stayed near there for a week and walked by it most days. Honestly, I didn't think it looked like much from the outside. One day it was raining so I went in for lunch with a friend. I had a vegan pizza that was 10/10 amazing. Good size, thin, crispy: it ticked all of the boxes for me.

A pure vegan delight for the taste buds - Edit

I went to this pizzeria for a night out with 20 coworkers.
The owner had prepared a large set of vegan pizzas for us to taste (with vegetables, vegan "sobrasada", homemade vegan cheese) as well as a vegan burger as an appetizer.
For the dessert, I ordered a delicious vegan coconut tiramisu.
All was excellent, I highly recommend this restaurant in the Gracia neighborhood (Joanic metro station).

Pros: Food quality, Friendly staff, Good value

Yummy vegan pizza! - Edit

Really good vegetarian and vegan Italian restaurant! I had the vegan parmigiana-pizza which was excellent. You also have to try the nachos with their interesting carrot "cheese" sauce. They offer a daily menu for around 10 euros where you get a main dish, a juice and a desert.

Pros: Nice environnement, Friendly staff, Good price

Fantastic pizza! - Edit

The nicest pizza I have ever tasted. Lots of vegan choices, though can also go veggie. They also had a fan selection of smoothies, I had the orange, carrot and ginger energy one which was so good. Loved the fresh, clean decor too. Gotta love it.

New venue, more space! - Edit

This restaurant has now moved from the original venue, and there's lots more space to sit down and eat. I had a good meal here, the staff were very helpful with the menu and spoke English. I'll be going back.

Pros: Plently of tables, Clear menu with lots of vegan choices, Friendly staff

Good pizza close to Sagrada Familia - Edit

We ate here after visiting the Sagrada Familia, which is close by. We were the first customers after opening. The menu is available in english too, whcih helped with all of the pizza toppings! The pizza was very good, but we couldn't finish because it was too much! The atmosphere is not very homy though. It's very empty. But I'd definitely go there again.

Pros: The Pizza

Cons: Atmosphere a little sterile
