Colourful and Flavourful Meals - Edit
We had a simple dinner here. The service was faultless. The flavours are put together nicely, the colours are great, and the food is filling without being heavy. I would have preferred a little more protein in each of the two meals we sampled, but the portion sizes are generous.
Read moreThe location of this wonderful little restaurant, however, is not very pleasant. It's on a corner of a retail complex, on a main road (without even any foot traffic), and its great internal ambience seems really out of place somehow.
I hope that this location is just a temporary home for this great vegan business, and that in due course we will find it somewhere more aligned with its character.

We have been trying to have a meal here for the last 3 years - since moving to Brisbane. We finally got here and are so glad we did!

We had the wedges (perfectly herbed), the Lamb Souvlaki and Butter Chicken. The food was delicious and there were no leftovers despite the generous servings.
The new venue is bright and airy, a nice refuge on a hot summer day.
Well worth the trip.

The charcoal baos were delicious which gives this a 5 star review. We also had the teriyaki tofu (needed a bit of seasoning) and no meat lasagne which were good.
Read moreLarge portions, we couldn’t eat it all. The menu is huge with 2 types of lasagne, 3 types of spaghetti, lots of pizzas, Lots of burgers, a mish mash of everything. Lots of faux meat on the menu so if you’re a fan of that then you’ll love it. My only suggestion would be to reduce the menu size and focus on less dishes at the next level.
Has a bar so a wine with dinner was nice.

Had never heard of this place before, but saw the great reviews and had to try. I had the bacon benny, and it was really delicious. The fake bacon was smokey, the hollandaise was immaculate, and the avocado was nice.

I ordered a vege wrap to go but wanted some protein to accompany it, which was no problem while ordering. Plant based chicken was suggested and the whole thing was delicious. Cute beachy style cafe, lovely prompt service, yum food. Will be back to try other dishes!

Very hungover and recently a Goldie resident I was looking for some delicious food. I ordered the Crispy Korean Salad- I think my FAV of the bunch. The salad, dressing, and chicken omg I think I could eat that for the rest of my life- crispy, flavorful and a good size portion. Then, debating between the dumplings and pop corn chicken, I ordered the chicken - again 10/10 - super crispy and the sauce was heavenly- so so so good. Lastly I ordered the lamb gyro (as recommended as a fav). I thought it was alright, but it was mice that it came with chips which were very very good, but the wrap I didn’t think was anything crazy. I would 100% order from here again and get the chicken orders. Plus I love that I ordered this at like 9:30am and was able to have more than breakfast food. Yum, yum, yum!!!

Doko Demo is our favorite vegan restaurant on the Gold Coast. Such a great variety of different foods, all vegan and delicious! My go to meal is Korean Chickn salad, but luckily my husband orders something different every time, so I get to try them!
