Can be better - Edit
I ordered laksa, which the staff sent to the wrong table (altho' not crowded). My feedback is: laksa is not supposed to taste like curry mee. I didn't want egg, so they swapped with 2 slices of fried taugua, which were hard, and the small pieces of tau pok was also dry. They added pieces of canned button mushrooms cut into quarters (probably as substitute for straw mushrooms), which was tasteless as it could not absorb the gravy. Lastly, I hate to comment on staff, but they have to be aware of how they place the chopsticks on the bowl of food - their hand must be outside of the bowl, not inside, and risk touching the food.

Monkey head not vegan - Edit
Friends beware of D'Life any menu items with monkey head mushrooms. They ordered it frozen and when I asked they said it's vegan. Then I went to the one in Chinatown Point and the staff there told me it has eggs mixed with the frozen package. The staff are not knowledgeable in some locations. A staff member told us will inform the boss to change but I doubt it because they ordered it premixed.

Mushroom pizza, Tomato spaghetti, Fish slice bee hoon - Edit
Well roasted "chicken" rice, lots of green veggies and cucumber given, rice portion is very generous
Read moreThe asam laksa is super good, best serve with thin bee hoon, recommended 😋
The pizza is 25cm in diameter, unconventional but i like their pizza dough as it's thin and soft, won't end up eating flour, the cheese is just as thick as the dough, the tomato sauce matches the cheese well as both are flavourful, topped with assorted mushroom, what a wonderful pizza.
The fish slice vermicelli is light yet tasty, with lots of veggies and carrot. Their tomato spaghetti is one of my favourite, smell good and taste good, recommended.

Food is good but service is poor - Edit
I understand the queue will be very long during festive season. But telling the customer to wait outside for one hour and not allow us to leave the contact for verification later sounds a bit stupid in this era. I appreciate the convenience brought to the vegetarian but having ridiculous policy and not trying to improve is definitely something very disappointing. D life has so many branches in Singapore now, so I hope the management could seriously look into how to improve the customer experience.

Food Not Bad But A Little Pricey - Edit
Went with a friend who ordered Bak Kut Teh and requested to replace the rice with Mee Sua and have to topup $1.00 which makes it $7.80. Wanted order Nasi Lemak but not available. Had the Sambal Petai Fried Rice with egg which is not bad, not salty/oily/spicy. Like it here cos they dont use MSG and food not salty and oily. Only downside is a little pricey for the food here.
Read morePros: No MSG, not salty and oily
Cons: A little pricey and service needs some improvement, Accepts CASH only

I'm here at least once a week. Payment with nets or credit card is possible, heck, it's even preferred. There a QR code on each table, if you scan it, order food via the webpage it brings you too and pay with CC you get a 10% discount.
