My Favorite Pasta in the Village - Edit
Giuseppe is a talented chef and an incredible piano player too. Occasionally he will sit down and pound out a beautiful song to the delight of all the customers. He is trained serving meat & fish but enjoys the challenge of crafting a vegan sauce with seasonal ingredients. In the 12 months I’ve been in Mussomeli, I’ve worked very hard to discuss vegan food with the local chefs & restaurants. He is always happy to provide a delicious meal. And he has also joined my vegan food tour that will launch in early September 2021!
