So much fun! - Edit
We had such a wonderful time at Hoop-Dee-Doo. It was made better by having the all you can eat vegan platter. Everything vegan is also GF, which is awesome.
Read moreThe sausage - a little bit spicy, but I a positive way.
Jackfruit BBQ - horrible. I couldn’t eat it. They, for sure, do not boil their jackfruit because it tastes just like the brine from the can.
Cowboy beans - so good, I could have eaten a meal just of them. But I love baked beans.
Green beans - average/good, couldn’t have used more seasoning. They tasted kind of just like microwave steamed green beans.
Cornbread - To die for! I love, love, loved this cornbread. The vegan butter was so creamy and flavorful.
Roasted potatoes - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, well seasoned.
Coleslaw - dry, pass.
Garden salad - typical salad, good Italian dressing
Strawberry shortcake - save room for the dessert, for sure. The cake was perfect sweet, moist, and a great end to a fun night.
