Beautiful atmosphere/clean Location - Edit
The restaurant has airconditioning & looked very lovely & clean. When we got there they had a few new items added to the menu, so i’d guess they change up their offerings quite a bit! We took the Natchos as a starter, which were sooo good with the vegan cheese & faux meat. Definitely recommend that 100%! I ate the Thai Wok (like seared rice) which I also quite enjoyed as it had a mixed flavour palate with peantus, faux meat & rosins for a sweet touch! The others had the Tex Mex Burger (14,50€), n the Sweet Emmy (something like that for 13,50€). They also enjoyed it & found the faux meat/cheese really tasty, but the only thing was the bun, they didn’t like that as much, as it also crumbled & kinda fell apart towards the end. Either way as it is a Vegetarian focused restaurant, you can ask the staff & a few options, who are not stated on having an vegan option on the menu, actually did were possible to make vegan like the “chocolate” & “apple” desserts. We were so full & didnt take it but therefore I think other dishes would also most likely be able to make vegan, so just ask! We also had a really tasty vegan vine (the one who is called by a Female Name with “M”) only 20€ for the full bottle!

Incredible flavours - Edit
The food here comes across as a little pretentious and I've been to some pretentious places before where the food is a little disappointing. That's definitely not the case here! I ordered the aubergine for my main and from the first bite, the combination of flavours was just incredible. It did make me want to savour it, although I did find the flavour diminishing a little as it got colder. I ordered the apple for dessert, which was also fantastic.

Amazing atmosphere & Great food - Edit
The menu has plenty of options for everyone, even if you're vegan and gluten-free like us. Most dishes can be tailored if needed and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Allergens are clearly labelled too.
Read moreThe waitress suggested their house-made limonades for drinks - they looked like smoothies and tasted great. For the starter we initially wanted to take a big starter for two but they suggested it would be too much if we also wanted a main afterwards. Proof that they didn't encourage us to order as many things as possible for their profit: they wanted us to have the best lunch without feeling too full. I'm glad we followed the advice because it would have been a shame to not have enough room for the burger: it was great!

Assolutamente da non perdere a Valencia. Opzioni vegetariane e vegane, piatti squisiti dall'antipasto al dolce, personale gentile e competente. Io sono vegetariana, ho preso come primo piatto il curry, l'accostamento di sapori e consistenze mi ha incantata. Mio marito non è vegetariano e ci tornerebbe subito 😊.

Read moreOrdered yet vegan nachos, which were great! Layered well with super crunchy chips. Honestly could fool non-veg unless you eat the cheese alone eco does give it away. The mango hibiscus lemonade was refreshing and not too sweet. Our mains were the Black burger and the quinoa salad. The salad was a bit too oily and salty. Needed more greens. More of a grain bowl and a rich one at that. The burger was almost too much. I could only do 2 bits before the richness got to me. Maybe some lettuce and tomato could help cut through the decadence. The plantain chip was unnecessary.
I’d could back for the nachos. A lot of people ordered tacos so maybe we should’ve done that.

The burgers were delicious and something different compared to other burgershops. The drinks were also very tasty. Despite not having a reservation, we were quickly seated. Very friendly staff.

I recently went to this restaurant and really enjoyed everything I ate. I ordered the sweet potato salad and the tacos. Both were amazing. Especially the pulled pork tacos. The service was great and the atmosphere is cool and casual. Would definitely recommend!
