Large, well-appointed and air-conditioned restaurant on the ground floor of the Fo Guang Temple in the city center. Menu is in Chinese, and dishes are mostly vegan. Corn soup, salad dressing, and some other items might contain dairy. No egg used. Open Mon 11:00am-2:00pm, 5:00pm-8:00pm, Wed-Fri 11:00am-2:00pm, 5:00pm-8:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:00am-8:00pm. Closed Tue.

Decent option for Yilan - Edit
As most veg places in Yilan are the simple and non A/C style, this place is notch above, however, the dishes I tried were average. Came with some friends and shared a number of things. The fried rice and also fried noodle dishes were typical oily and though ok. Greens and other little side dishes were nice enough. Dumplings were good, but nothing fantastic. It's a nice space, but overall food is just average. Didn't try a hotpot there which was what many others ordered. It's within the Fo Guang Temple which is a newish building and has underground parking. Fo Guang is International Buddhist organization with centers around the world.
