Vegan Indian choices - Edit
This is a classy Indian restaurant (waiter served, silverware, cloth napkins) with a number of clearly marked vegan choice (i.e., without ghee). As the waiter explained, contrary to what it presently states on the menu, the rice is made without ghee. We shared a bunch of vegan dishes and everything we had was tasty and filling. As an extra bonus, this place is easy to drive to with plenty of parking (it's located in a mini-shopping center).
