Serves meat, vegan options available. Eclectic menu with numerous vegan and vegetarian dishes. Many of the menu items include tofu as a choice. Variety of choices from curry, dahl, stir fry, and rice and beans. Also vegan appetizers, and almost always at least one dessert (a completely decadent flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce). One of the owners is vegetarian. Reservations are recommended. SHUT IN EARLY 2015; REPLACED BY SWEET BEET.

Very Veg Friendly and GREAT Food - Edit
Three of us tried out Dish Bistro for lunch on a Friday afternoon and were delighted, great food, nice presentation and a comfy and pleasant location. We had the olive and artichoke tapenade for starters. The Curried Quinoa & Chickpea Salad was wonderful as was a more traditional taco salad with black beans. My favorite was the Upstate sandwich with brie, apples, homemade ginger-butternut squash chutney and greens. The menu suggests it with smoked turkey or ham, but they were very happy to substitute their own savory marinated and pan fried tempeh. That was wonderful and would go well with any sandwich. (The menu offers it on at TLT) We finished with a flourless chocolate torte that was both satisfying and not too sweet.
Lunches as modestly priced, dinners a bit more. From the look of their dinner menu we definitely be back. The couple who own and operate Dish are excellent chefs and delightful people. Whenever possible they use local and organic foods. Do pay them a visit soon. (We drove up from Albany... about one hour.. worth the drive.)
