Não existe mais lá! A minha sorte é que ao lado tem um restaurante bom com opções veganas.

Great - Edit

Great place in a great city - Edit
Happy we found this place. Had a great soup (spelt, lentils), spaghetti, huge variety of fried vegetables ("tempura") with yummy vegan mayonaise and the spicy pecorino pizza. Every single item was really well done, and although this is not a pizzeria, these guys make a very recommendable thing. Just a bit different from ordinary pizza but close enough. Did I say we are happy we found this place? We will certainly return!
Pros: Better Tempura than you get in Japan, Really nice people, Historic excavation site visible under glass floor
Cons: Restroom should have provided some sort of towel

Wow — a great find! - Edit
Dioniso is a treasure for anyone who loves high-quality food and a pleasant dining experience.
The food is organic, with ample vegan options. The service is kind. The setting in the heart of old Volterra is as charming as they come. The dining room is very interestingly designed: cosy and creative, in four different sections, each with its own vibe (including several outdoor tables). The desserts are exquisite. What more could one want?
Highly recommended. Enjoy!
Pros: Organic, Great desserts, Extraordinarily charming ambience

Stunning Place - Edit
With a clear glass floor, this is not your average restaurant...
We came for lunch so not all menu was available.
We had amazing grilled veggies with mayo and apple sauce and a great legume soup...
The vegan pizza was ok and some soy cappucino was on hand to finish the job.
Fine place with helpful signs of what is vegan.
Pros: Atmosphere, Food
Cons: Not Everything Is Vegan, Not All Available For Lunch

Excellent! - Edit
This restaurant is quite charming and boasts a wonderful menu of all sorts of things. Something I really liked about the menu was that each item was labeled with 4 different pictures that let you know if it was fully vegan or not. It was really helpful and made ordering a breeze! I went with my husband, who is not vegan, but only one thing out of everything we ordered wasn't vegan. We had a really good craft beer with our meals. The vegan mayo was really good, and the fried vegetables were simply amazing! The staff were really helpful and quick, and all the food was great. The prices were a bit high, but then again, it is a mostly vegan restaurant trying to make it in the small town of Volterra, so the prices really didn't feel too outrageous.
Pros: Amazing food, Great staff, Wonderful location
Cons: A bit pricey

nice surprise - Edit
Not expecting to find a organic place in a tourist town and was pleasantly surprised. Good little outdoor terrace on cute street near most historic arch in the city wall.
Food was good, had vegan pizza, delicious beet risotto, lentil salad.
Clean and nice place.
Glass floors let you see ancient ruins underneath.

lovely and friendly - Edit
Really lovely restaurant in a nice setting in the delightful town of Volterra. Bags of vegan choice including desserts. Everything is organic. I had very delicately spiced Falafel with salad. The home made vegan mayo was fantastic. I followed with a coconut muffin served with a fruity sauce. The glass of house red wine was superb.
Pros: good vegan choice, friendly staff, nice ambience
Cons: its a long way from me!
