Serves meat, vegan options available. American diner style eatery. Has veggie hot dogs, burger, burrito. The owner reportedly is vegan aware - just let the staff know.

Retro junk food - Edit

50's American diner offering vegan hot dog (seitan), vegan sanwiches (fried green tomatoes), vegan burger (soy protein) and sides (several potatoes including hash-Browns). Also has vegan ice-cream!

I only tried the hot dog, but it was a bit dry - only sausage with tomato and onion - could have a bit more interesting fillings! Will go back for the green fried tomato sandwich!

Will be back! - Edit

Tried to go to another place which was closed so thought we would chance Diner as info on here said vegans can be accommodated. Turns out there are now vegan options on the menu including a hot dog and handmade soya burger with several sides. Very tasty, service very good and a great atmosphere. Only got a couple of days left in Palma but will definitely be back!

Pros: Labelled vegan options , Good price , Friendly service

¡La hamburguesa genial! Pero un precio no tan bueno... - Edit

American dinner - Edit

First off there homepage reports two locations so milleage might vary.

The interior here is fake american 50's dinner with everything including working jukebox.

According to the serving staff I could have vegan burger or vegan burrito. I went with the vegan burger and while nice and okey in taste it was very dry, probably because there sauces are non-vegan if I understood correctly. It was missing something at least.

The burrito turns out to use the same protein source and again low on veggies, though chopped tomatoes and red union was spread a top the food. Also this time there was a big sign saying 'yes it is true, Vegan ice-cream' so some was had. It was prebabricated I think, two taste choclate or caramell and was tasty enough.

Also after thinking this through, the portion sizes are two small.

Pros: Alternatives, Knowing Personal, Location

Cons: Taste, Small portions
