Just ok.

Honestly I found most of the vegan options to be pretty bland, with the exception of the Shanghai rice cakes, which still could have used more sauce and some kind of seasoning. Every vegan option for the dumplings and wonton have exactly the same filling, so don't bother ordering too many different things. Even the hot chilli vegan wontons were bland.. I couldn't taste chilli at all 😂 would eat here again in a pinch, but hopefully they step up their game, because the restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff are lovely

Delicious

Really delicious Taiwanese food with lots of vegan options. I've had the vegan dumplings, vegan noodles with sesame sauce, vegan Shanghai rice cakes, and vegan wonton soup, all excellent!

Quick service, nice dim sum

Just love the old & new(robot servers) school clean asian vibe. The servers could be more friendly and warm but they’re probably tired. Affordable and humble Michelin ⭐️

Incredible!

I don’t have enough words to say how much I love this place. Their vegan menu is so great and labeled well! I’ve been thinking about their bao buns for days now. A must try along with the wonton soup!!

Pros: Lots of options, some you can’t find anywhere, Amazing staff

Cons: Long wait on weekends, Can be pricy if you try multiple things

favorite restaurant

when i say this is the best food i've ever had! i'm not kidding! i've been going to din tai fung for over a year and they only recently bulked up their vegan options this summer. every vegan dish is labeled on their menu and they have plenty of options. i go here with my boyfriend and we always have trouble narrowing down which dishes to get. my favorite dish is the vegan wonton soup but their veggie dumplings are a must try! staff is super on it, service is great. also a great choice if you're eating with non-vegans too!

Really good

I’ve only had the Shanghai veggie rice cakes and the veggie mushroom dumplings, but both were fantastic. Worth the wait (though just as good for takeout). I definitely recommend eating here if you want authentic Taiwanese food.

Pros: Various vegan options

Cons: Long wait for a table on the weekends

Authentic Chinese

They finally added vegan designations on their menu to make it easy to identify vegan dishes. The food is fantastic!
