Good options

You scan a qr code to get on the waiting list for a table... I was no 7 in queue at about 630pm, it said my wait is 20 mins, you can pre-order while waiting which is good. My wait was only about 4 minutes then I got a table and my order took about 20 mins to cone out. I got sesame buns and red bean buns, both were delicious!
I also had a Rosella drink, not sure if that was ice jelly or an ice cube in it, so I left that part.
Very limited actual service, mostly self serve.

Pros: Plenty of options , Sweet and savory

Cons: You need the internet

Not many options for vegans

They’ve got a few options, but not many… vegetables are definitely over priced

Great food!

The food was great! I ordered some dumplings and buns. They were fantastic. At first the staff didn’t really understand what vegan meant but once they understood what I meant they were able to point out the vegan options on the menu. The food was great, perfect for right after universal studios.

quality chinese dishes

a restaurant i frequented during my non-veg days 😂 i’m glad there’s a veg menu! this restaurant has many other branches but my review still applies to other outlets.
the staff were friendly, the store decor was great and the food was good! has a separate vegetarian menu. clearly labelled which dishes contain dairy and eggs.

i ordered:
1. steam vegetarian dumplings (6pc) $9.50 (vegan)
beautifully made dumplings w flavourful, juicy filling. love it! don’t forgot to pair with the ginger and vinegar.

2. stir-fried doumiao $12.80 (vegan)
🚨TAKE NOTE to inform the staff you want the VEGETARIAN VERSION. there’s another exact dish in the regular menu and they use meat stock.
my favourite veg dish! depends on season on the quality of the vegetable itself. usually very tasty! portion is good!

3. stewed beancurd cubes with honey sauce $5.50 (vegetarian, contains honey)
an amazing and underrated dish. would recommend if you don’t mind consuming honey!

4. fried rice with vegetables $8 (vegan)
despite it being just rice and vegetables, it is extremely flavourful! can be oily. huge portion. sprinkle with some black pepper to bring out the flavour.
the egg version is delicious too if you’re vegetarian.

5. steam yam xiao long bao (6pc) $8
a dessert dish. despite being labelled a recommended dish, i would say its mediocre. still, it is an intricately well-made dish i enjoyed.

overall, it’s a great spot! only downside is the price and also they serve non veg dishes which can be a turn off

Pros: vegetarian menu, good taste and quality, good ambience

Cons: expensive, waiting time during peak hours

Dumplings, veg & steamed buns

The vegetarian dumplings and steamed buns are very good. A few veggie green vegetables available too. Many non veggie dishes - good for a mixed group. Gets busy but they are very organised.

FAVORITE DUMPLINGS

the title says it all: the dumplings are to die for. I am so happy that they are vegan, and would recommend them to everyone, regardless of whether or not they are plant-based.

few vegan options but yum dumplings

only the vegetarian dumplings are vegan, the noodle soups arent vegan as the noodles have egg. so only a small selection of dumplings to choose from plus some chinese vegetable dishes. but they were really yummy dummplings. good service, lots of waiters, busy place. somewhat on the pricier side.
