Small bar with a nice alternative vibe, away from the main touristy streets but close enough and easy to find. Serves some vegan options but we got stuck into the smorrebrod and between the 4 of us, tried all three choices. Each was delicious and an absolute work of art on the plate. The lady came out and explained what was on each one and seemed to take pride in them. Which she should; they were simply superb!

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere in the bar is super nice. I had some pumpkin soup which was really delicious and a lemonade. It's nice for coffee as well.

It’s in a nice area with tables half outside. It’s nice to ger something typically danish, bit vegan. We had smørrebrød, salad and soup. Rather expensive.

How come know one knows this place? Amazing food - Edit
Really tasty! What a hidden gem. We ordered the vegan soup (tasty), the vegan tasting board (great variety), a vinagrette salad on the side and a ølkage (beer cake) for dessert. Everything was well balanced and perfect for sharing. We can really recommend! The music playliste was great and the staff were so friendly. Even the bread for the soup and for the board and spreads was awesome.

This is the only place we’ve found that really does traditional open faced sandwiches with a no-compromise vegan interpretation. If you want to have something Danish rather than the same vegan burger, you’ve gotta go here.

Din Nye Ven has delicious vegan food options for both breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had the potato with 3 types of onions on rye bread and it was really filling and delicious. It was so affordable as well! The atmosphere was cosy with lots of plants and a big open space. I liked that there was several Vegan options, so I had more than just two dishes to choose between. I will definetly come back very soon 🍞🍷

Was very much looking forward to this given the reviews I read about this place having traditional Danish food. The sandwiches looked great (as you can see in the pic) but the mushroom pesto sandwich had neither mushroom nor a basil pesto - it was some tasteless greens ground with nuts. The potato sandwich was also blah, The soup was decent but nothing to remember. The staff was super helpful and accomodating, but the food left a lot to be desired.

I went here for dinner and there weren't many vegan options on the menu at the time, but I really enjoyed the vegan snack board. The place is pleasant and service was very friendly.

The café is super nice, the staff friendly. They have several smaller dishes like soup and salad that are vegan. They also have 3 different vegan smorrebrod. We tried all of them and they were super tasty. The side salad was nothing special though. Would definitely recommend their smorrebrod!
