A good curry with slow service - Edit
This is a small restaurant. There are a couple of notices at the top of two pages of the menu saying that veg dishes can be made vegan on request. This place offers the usual curries and sides and is tasty, although is expensive for what it is. Portion sizes aren’t big and it’s £1.50 for a poppadom.
Read moreWe had the yellow dhal and saag bhaji with boiled rice. The service was very slow despite them not being overly busy and as such I am not sure id choose to visit again. But it’s definitely a solid option if you’re in the area and fancy a curry.

The Best Indian Cuisine in the BCP area. - Edit
This is a popular Westbourne located general Indian cuisine restaurant as it does meat based meals as well as vegetarian or vegan alternatives. We had the vegetarian platter for two, the vegetarian bhuna, vegetarian tikka masala, lentil dahl and the butter paneer, with pilau rice and peshwari and garlic naan bread. All were delicious. Good pricing too. Small restaurant, and a little cold for my liking. Good service too.

Check the food! - Edit
Food was good but despite specifically asking for vegan, they still put butter on my chapattis! Had to send it back and get a new lot made.

Great Indian - Edit
Lovely little Indian restaurant that was very busy on a Wednesday evening. The menu has loads of veggie options and specifically states that dishes can be made vegan on request. There were quite a few interesting dishes that I haven’t seen at other Indian restaurants. We ended up trying four different side dishes rather than mains as they all sounded so good. Would recommend the Pindi Choley (chickpeas) and Baingan Bharta (aubergine). We spoke with the owner who is veggie and wanted more veggie/vegan diners!
