Local vegan restaurant - Edit
Great little all vegan Vietnamese restaurant. Inside is dominated by a com chay selection. Has a menu too, which is written on the wall. It's in Vietnamese only. Right next to the com chay counters is a fridge and that's stocked with plenty of plant based milks and other vegan drinks. The name of the restaurant has "10k" in it. Maybe change that part to "20k".
