The vegan cheese is a matter of taste - Edit
I didn't like the vegan cheese too much, especially in the pizza margherita where it's the main feature. It was a bit like glue and stuck to the inside of my teeth. In the pizza giardino it was more of an add-on and worked better. Overall you'll have to find out for yourself whether you prefer your pizza without any cheese or with the vegan one.
