No place for vegans - Edit
We went there for luch quite often while we were working nearby.
Read moreWhen you ask for vegans food, they would declare one or the other of their sandwiches vegan.
Next time you ask, they will tell you that the very same sandwiches are not vegan because they contain non-vegan ingredients.
But even so, there was never more than one vegan option, and sometimes none at all - possibly depending on the person at the buffet.
Overall, the place is quite pricey, even for Berne, but there's not much to make up for this.
Most of the time, the waitresses were of a kind which makes you feel guilty that you are bothering them.
Not a place for vegans to go, and not a place for people who like a friendly atmosphere in a cafe,
Cons: It's never sure whether the food is vegan or not, Quite expensive, Unfriendly staff

If you are vegan forget it! - Edit
we were here today - extremely disappointing experience as we wanted to eat vegan (breakfast) and they offer us a salad. If you are vegan, then don't consume your energy to go there. Service needs to improve.

Good Choice - Edit
This cafe is part of a spiritual center, though as you enter it, it seems like a typical busy cafe. It has take away, table service, as well as stand up counters. Being a cafe, the menu is concentrated on sandwiches, salads, soups beverages etc. The choices are many and good. The taste varies from bland for the vegi burger to good for the focacia sandwich with roasted vegetables. The chick pea soup turned out to be a thickened versionof Indian Dal, but a bit bland. The fresh energy drinks were excellent. Not too expensive. It is located right in the middle of all the museums.
