A wonderful place to enjoy something different every time - Edit
This place is one of a kind in Gera. (vegan, vegetarian, meat)
Read moreThey have a smaller, permanent menu and a larger one which changes almost every month. It is always delicious and something you haven't tried before. From Syrian delicacies to American style burgers to fresh spring meals. The interior is cozy and inviting and the back patio is wonderful on lazy summer nights.
It not only offers delicious vegan and vegetarian meals, it also has a heart and soul. It supports local causes and try to reduce waste by not using plastic straws but glass or metal straws. It has a small boutique for handmade soaps, cosmetics and others neat little gifts. You can also find up-cycled and secondhand options.
Pros: always something new to try, accommodate your wishes if possible, clearly marked vegan and vegetarian meals

Nice atmosphere, many options for vegs - Edit
The Manufaktur is one of the very few places in Gera where you can get a decent vegan or vegetarian meal. They also serve meat eaters.
