Misleading

Despite the negative Google reviews I gave this place a chance. I came here yesterday and got a veggie burrito. The staff seemed new or perhaps not extensively trained, but everything came out fine and I enjoyed my meal so much that I decided to get it again tonight. Two bites into my veggie burrito and I found chunks of cow. I went to the counter to ask if there was an ingredient that was cooked with the meat that I needed to avoid. They didn't seem to know how it got in there, but we both realized that the cooked veggies were right next to the ground beef and it must've fallen in. They asked if I wanted a new one made and of course I said yes, but avoided the cooked veggies this time. They make my burrito, but then when I think they are going to give it to me, they go to the back room with my old burrito. They come back stating that they cannot give me a free burrito because the meat wasn't big enough chunks for their standards. I didn't want a free burrito. I already paid for my burrito that they took to the back room to examine. I only wanted one burrito made correctly without animal parts in it like I ordered. Instead I left hungry. What kind of customer service is this?!!!

Pros: Convenient location, Clean bathroom, Food was hot temperature

Cons: Poor customer service, Dirty tables, Cross-contamination
