Careful: They don't know what "vegan" means. - Edit

Though polite, the person with whom I spoke neither understood "vegan" nor my explanation of what that means in specific terms (no cheese, no other dairy, no meat, no animal products, etc).
Net result: I opened my order later and it had cheese in it. I called to inquire if maybe it was vegan cheese.
Same person answered and wasn't sure…
Eventually this person went to read the ingredients and among the first in the list is "milk cultures" -- that was enough for me to thank the person for checking and end the call.
First, last experience there 🤷🏾

Cons: Does not understand / honor vegan requests

Get the Sancho!!!! - Edit

Oh yeah! I hadn't had a Sancho since my 20's and their veganized version was fantastic! The spices in their chili beans along with the onions and sauce really hit the spot. Jacob was wonderful and very receptive to us. Will be back, absolutely.

Pros: Full bar, nice atmosphere.
