I've been shopping at Devore's since 1988, and while a little more expensive it is the best. The Devore family spends the time it takes to bring in the best; like tomatoes that have fresh flavor, berries the same. They hand select the produce that is sold in their store, nothing like a huge chain.
This little market and deli has been in Bend for ages!
Their produce is always very fresh (usually brought in from the farm that day or the day before) and their deli always offers at least one vegan soup and a variety of vegan wraps, salads, tofu pad thai, etc. Their food is truly amazing and we usually stock up on deli items at the beginning of the week and enjoy for the rest of the week at the office and at home.
If you are vegan or vegetarian, Devores is a must-stop if your passing through Bend!
I live around the corner from Devores and go there almost daily for great organic produce and yummy homemade soups. I'm vegan and they almost always have some vegan soup. Their prices are wallet-friendly, especially on organic produce, and their customer service is great.
