The whole mall here there’s no bathroom to use , not even the laundry store next door. The worker here said the boss doesn’t want customer use the bathroom here so they don’t have bathroom for customers. I had a long conversation with the clerk to try to explain that not letting customer using bathroom will lead to people urine on the street .
And urine is actually not good for all the plants, take tomato for example if the soil was contaminated with urine the seedling will die, but the clerk seems doesn’t understand my point and said is going home to pee on his tomato to experiment it . And I explained why would you want to pollute your soil ?! If you really want to experiment , get a bucket put it outside of your garden and put a tomato seedling and collect the urine in the bathroom and spray in the bucket so it doesn’t pollute your garden . I truly hope he gets my point, your garden is your temple, you don’t pollute your garden with your urine .
This is my go to spot for when I’m unable make my smoothies at home. I’ve been going here for years and will definitely continue to support this business. Be advised, depending on the time of day the line can be long but that’s because their smoothies are fresh, 100% natural and delicious.
As a vegan sometimes I have to go to far to get a meal or a drink. This place is close and the juice I had was amazing. Parking was awful but not so bad that I won’t go back again. I didn’t try the food because I just wanted a juice but there was 5 people in line waiting for food so the food must be on point. When I go again I will be sure to order food. The owner was humble and polite as well as her staff. He gave me a taste test and asked if it was okay and if he needed to add anything. He didn’t have to add anything because he did an amazing job the first try. I left that place feeling a sense of pride. I look forward to returning.
We were looking for a place to get healthy breakfast, that's open at 7:30am. This place was perfectly on our way, so we gave it a try. It looks little hipster, you can buy there stuff in bulk (nuts, lentils etc.), cosmetics, vegan frozen pizza and much more!
We others two "drinks":
Detoxx energy monster - Supa Dupa energy (medium $9.50), we got also extra kale for $0.50. - it was delicious, Interesting aftertaste by the flax seeds or beets maybe, but really good and filling enough.
Tropical paradise smoothie - antioxidant power (medium $5.5) - my friend who is not into smoothies really, loved this one, it was very refreshing and sweet. Great introduction to those who are starting with smoothies.
There are also "hardcore" Detoxx drinks (the first category in the menu) which as I head from other customer are not that delicious (she made funny faces when drinking it), but they are very effective and she tries to have them every week. So I am looking forward to try these next time.
She let us to try little sample in case we wanted the smoothie sweeter which I really liked and it is not normal in other juice bars.
The place has very friendly vibe. Customers talk to other customers, it seems to me like a place where locals come regularly and know each other (one customer just showed up in a door and "the same as always please".
Unfortunately they are using regular plastic cups and straws, which can be replaced by the compostable ones. In the other hand, it is possible to bring your own cup and save some plastic to be thrown into the ocean.
