I Wish I Could Give 5 Stars!

The food is incredible! The wife and I had the chickpeas and tofu curry and it was amazing! 🤤 I’m not normally a big cabbage eater but I thoroughly enjoyed that as well. We also enjoyed the Johnny Cakes, plantains, and the owner surprised us with banana fritters!! We will definitely be back!!!

SO GOOD!!

I have ordered from here a few times now - trying to make my way through all of the vegan options! The lentil balls and Mac and cheese are an absolute must for every order! Other than that all of the mains I have tried have been so good - favorite so far is the stewed tofu!

Delicious Vegan Options!

Welcoming and friendly family-owned establishment. Delicious vegan options that are clearly marked on the menu. We had the veggie plate, vegan mac, and lentil balls. We especially loved the plantains in the veggie plate and the lentil balls. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Welcoming environment, Wide range of vegan options, Great value

Cons: Limited inside seating

Delicious!!

More than half of their menu is vegan (yay!) I decided to try a few sides to get a feel for their food. The vegan mac-n-cheez is yummy. Their app called "jerk lentil balls" are amazing! The curried chickpeas and potatoes are heavenly! I'm seriously going to spend money here on a regular basis. The "dine-in" option is outdoor seating. You call in an order even if you are standing out front, but they also have a website to order and pay ahead for convenience. Easy, quick, and really delicious food!

Pros: Lots of vegan options! Clearly labeled!, Really friendly staff!, Options for your omnivore friends if needed.

Yummy!

I’d been meaning to try this place for a while, because vegan options in Glendale are scant. It’s patio seating. You call in to order and they bring it out to you. We tried the vegan nachos, potato salad, mac n cheese, plantains, and Johnny cakes. All was good. I especially liked the potato salad, plantains, and Johnny cakes. Will be back!

Pros: Vegan options labeled on menu, Many vegan options , Convenient location

Never disappoints!

I ordered vegan calamari which isn't on the menu but they made it for me anyway and it was absolutely wonderful. I also tried the pasta salad and Johnny cakes which were delicious. I have a potato allergy meaning I can't have their Macaroni and cheese but they made the recipe without potato for me and it was still mouth watering good. I will definitely be back!

Pros: Phenomenal vegan calamari, mac, pasta and cakes.

Cons: Calamari isn't a regular menu item.

Amazing food - you will love this.

Jerk mushrooms with plantain and cabbage is awesome! Normally like to stay with veggie restaurants while traveling, but so glad I tried this.

Pros: Fresh made and flavorful, Over half menu is vegan friendly

Love This Place!

Just happened to drive by a random strip mall and saw a sign that said, "Caribbean Food- Vegan Options Available" !!! Having had one of our favorite meals ever from a restaurant in Jamaica we were excited to try and were not disappointed. The family is from the Caribbean and established this restaurant. While previously located in Tucson, this family-owned restaurant eatery recently relocated to Phoenix. We're super stoked they are here and can't wait to return. It's a bit hidden behind the Taco Bell. Dine-in area is small, but don't let that scare you. Walk in, grab a menu, and ring the bell to place an order. All food is provided in to-go containers, but they welcome you to stay and enjoy. Run, don't walk, to this restaurant.

Pros: Plenty of vegan options, Friendly and Family Run
