Best restaurant in Cedar City - Edit
Depot Grill is probably the nicest restaurant in Cedar City. They use fresh ingredients and minimal seasoning for a very healthy and delicious meal. They have one vegan item on the menu (stuffed bell pepper) which is good and they can customize pretty much anything.
The chef is very accommodating and is willing to make you pretty much whatever you want. I asked about a few of the menu items and he came to my table to talk to me about what I wanted.
I was very impressed by this restaurant for being in such a podunk down but having the feel and service of a nice restaurant in a large city. I also appreciate that they had veg options marked on their menu. They also had a very nice cocktail and wine menu.
Pros: Vegan options, Helpful staff, Fresh and healthy
Cons: No vegan desserts
