I did a one day class in Mexican food and found it a very useful introduction. I learned a lot and the food we made was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

great teaching - Edit
The format of these classes is lovely and there are so many to choose from. You get to have a meal as a group afterwards and you get all the recipes you made in a booklet to take away

Great courses! - Edit
I am doing a Vegan Summer WE course and it is fantastic!! The instructors are very knowledgable and nice and the recipes are innovative and fun.
Read moreSo far we made blue tempeh tacos with guac and refried beans and a beetroot burger in a brioche bun with rosemary polenta chips. Dessert was Eton Mess.
The second day we made fried courgette flowers stuffed with herby cashew cheese with cherry tomato sauce, vegetable tarts with watercress aioli and potato salad and a summery quinoa salad, and a chocolate sorbet with praline brittle for dessert. The food was divine and again the instructions very helpful.
I would highly recommend it for someone with at least some cooking skills.
