Good vegan options for Edmonds

Downtown Edmonds is woefully lacking in Vegan options for eating out. Demetris isn’t where I would go to eat by myself, but if you’re hungry in Edmonds or trying to find a place to eat with a mixed crowed it’s an excellent choice.

Pros: Quality Vegan options in a town woefully lacking

Cons: Pricy

Limited -but quality- vegan options

When I starting going through the menu I was worried I'd be stuck with just a salad and fries, but I was pleasantly surprised by the Roasted Cauliflower Steak with a Beet Sauce and Lemon Arugula with Quinoa. The Brussels Sprouts were also really good (with the parmesan removed) I did also see a Beyond Burger option that I'll try next time. So, limited options, but there's at least an effort to have some quality plant options.

Pros: Quality, thoughtful options

Cons: Expensive, Limited vegan options
