The place is definitely still operational, just with different opening times than currently displayed. It's on the ground floor, left side between the escalators for the 1st and 2nd platform when coming from the main entrance.
Very few options, nothing of which is labeled. Everything is written in Dutch and French (which I'm not critisising, just pointing it out).
Plant milk options available only at a surcharge.

Only vegan option in station - Edit

Happy to find something to eat while transferring here.

There were 3 vegan options. A microwave meal and 3 salads. We had the lentil and trio of beans salad. They were mainly protein with 80% lentil and beans respectively.
So that is more a dish with pulses than a salad to me. But it was tasty and we were happy to find something fresh.
