Delight vegetarian - Edit
Despite the current classification of this listing it is in fact not all vegan (I'll submit an update for that to be corrected).
This is a mid range Buddhist Chinese place. Its run by nice people with a waitress who is quite a character and unusually extrovert for Hong Kong.
Pros: Vegan friendly, Nice staff
