They don't have many vegan options (but they do have vegetarian ones), vegan is tagliatelle pasta with vegetables and greek salad without cheese. They said they could make a few vegetarian dishes vegan, but I am not sure about the vegan cheese/cream etc substitutes

Nice little restaurant - Edit
A nice little restaurant in the centre of Lindos. We arrived with no booking and we wait only a few minutes for a table.

Pros: Rooftop views of Acropolis, Few dishes, Friendly staff
Cons: Slow service, Not enough options, No desert option
