Almost all ingredients are self made and in organic quality. Actually it's maybe the best restaurant in Austria.
Pros: fresh and self made ingredients, perfect salad bar, no smoking / no alcohol / no coffein

In der Nähe des Bahnhofs gibt es das einzige Lokal in Klagenfurt dass fast ausschliesslich veganes Esssen anbietet.
Es gibt 2 Tagesmenüs und À la carte. Am Salatbuffet gab es unter anderem Wildkräuter, Sprossen und selbstgemachte Dressings. Alles war ausgezeichnet und der Preis stimmig.
Vorsicht, das Restaurant hat nur über die Mittagszeit hinweg offen. Am Abend und Wochenende wird das Lokal für Informationsveranstaltungen und Workshops benutzt. Die Besitzer sind in vielen Bereichen engagiert und geben wertvolle Informationen gerne weiter.

Changing Daily Menu - Edit
Small but good salad buffet and about another 15 main dishes. As there is nothing else in klagenfurt this is a good choice! Open only till 3 p.m.

Truly Delicious! - Edit
This restaurant meets the expectations that come with the title.
The nut-polenta patties, warm red cabbage and herb potatoes were as good as the broccoli soup, but most DELICIOUS was the strawberry ice cream with a few red currants on top and as a decoration a stevia leaf.
I also tasted the raw apple strudel and it is also really good.
The personnel was very friendly and the location is both convenient (near the train station) and comfy.
I highly recommend this place. I'll be eating here more often! I can't wait until they expand the already delicious menu.
I just hope they try some evening events to give people who work all day or live outside of Klagenfurt a chance.
