Plenty choice, friendly staff, creative menu. Also: big portions, which you could maybe see as a downside as it potentially increases the risk of food getting thrown out. I had lunch here and only had some fruit at night as my main meal; that's how big the portions here are😉

Wow! We came here for lunch yesterday and were totally blown away! Everything was fantastic - so much choice, friendly staff, delicious fresh food and dreamy smoothies. We had the lentil and carrot lasagne and the breaded steak - everything tasted amazing and the portion sizes were very generous. The presentation of the dishes, along with the awesome side orders, is second-to-none. We were stuffed, but couldn’t resist taking a couple of desserts away with us! If only there were more vegan restaurants like this back in the UK!

All vegan with a large menu. Two vegan lasagna, burgers, hot dogs, pies, vegan fish and chips and lots of smoothies. Massive portions, the lasagna came with four sides and was really nice!

Delicias y Namaste is a vegan, gluten-free and organic place on a nice pedestrian street. We had two amazing lasagnas, a Fritz Coke and a giant smoothie. Both the taste and the quality were outstanding. We really enjoyed the variety of side dishes. Each lasagna was served with avocado tartare, tomatoe salad, zoodles with olive pesto and lamb's lettuce with seeds. The presentation of the food was very unique and the staff was nice too. We will definitely come back to this place!

When I came here I was feeling a bit unwell and went for raw noodles, as I thought this would be lighter. Unfortunately, this was not the right choice. It was not very flavorful and quite oily. However, my boyfriend went for the lasagna and it was DIVINE. Highly recommended! We also shared a massive smoothy and, alongside the MASSIVE portion (both the zoodles and the lasagna came with a side salad and hummus), we left feeling very satisfied!

Favorite restaurant maybe in the world - Edit
I’m a vegetarian worker on a cruise ship and I’ve been to over 50 countries, and have visited a vegan/veg restaurant in most of them and this restaurant is quite possibly my favorite. It’s run by the kindest family and they serve the most delicious food. Couldn’t recommend a place more than here.

If you’re looking for a great vegan restaurant this is the place to go. They have a ton of options to choose from. Besides that, the presentation of the food is absolutely wonderful. You really have this ‘wow’ moment when the food ad drinks get served and that’s a big compliment in my opinion. Personally I try to eat low fat vegan and that’s something that might be harder to find in this place. I didn’t try everything so it’s hard to judge, but the food that we had was pretty oily. So for all the whole foods plantbased fans out there it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a great place where you would spend your money because you know it’s being put to good use.

The only vegan cafe in Puerto del Rosario. Does beautiful lunches. I went twice and both times was really happy with the service and the choice. The big vegan burger is....big. A really great selection of vegetables. Very tasty. I also recommend the salt pie with chickpeas and spinach. Do not forget a slice of cake. The chocolate and raspberries was to die for. The portions are really generous so do not hesitate to ask for a take away box. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely place. Perfect little vegan spot, just up the hill from the sea. The seating area outside is nice, with shade and in the sun.
Read moreThe cappuccinos are amazing, along with their range of home made herbal infusion teas. The brownies and cakes are spot on. The owner is very friendly, who takes pride in his presentation of the food. The lady in the kitchen is nice and smiley aswell!
We came here every morning for a coffee and cake. We will be returning next month!!!!
