It's an option, but it wasn't for me

Owner of Cafe Sora checked this could be vegan for us. Chefs were happy to swap out meat in pasta dishes for veggies.

Mostly cabbage, some onion, slightly raw broccoli - on oily pasta that didn't have a bright fresh tomato sauce.

I couldn't eat it. Wife loved it though - thought it was authentic Italian.

Pros: It's an option

Cons: Love or hate the pasta
