You choose from a 5 or 6 course taster menu,the manager pointed out what was vegan and gluten free. Each course was a delight and I enjoyed every mouthful

Beautiful experience - Edit
What a gorgeous experience from start to finish. We had the place to ourselves in a calm, cosy atmosphere. The owner is passionate and personable and speaks exceptional English. I messaged ahead of time with vegan requirements and she was very knowledgeable and keen to get it right - tweaking certain dishes to ensure we had a vegan meal. We had a 6 course menu, but you choose each course from a plethora of imaginative, fresh dishes. What a lovely time we had.

High end dining that's worth the price - Edit
Wonderful high end dining experience for a very reasonable price. We tried both 5 course menus (Western and Asian) and they were excellent.
Read moreIt's on the more expensive side for Vietnam but 100% worth it. It was around 1m VND but that is for two people getting 5 courses and a drink, plus 10% VAT and 5% service fee.
Staff were excellent and the restaurant itself is a very peaceful setting.
Just to note that I believe it's vegetarian rather than fully vegan, although the Asian menu should be fully vegan (but double check first).
Pros: Great variety in courses , Nice setting , Great staff
