Best Hot Pot I’ve had - Edit
Absolutely delicious vegetarian broth, beautiful ingredients and helpful staff. Am going to return repeatedly! My pescatarian mother was also able to order a vegetarian broth and then order seafood à la carte.

First Hot Pot Ever! - Edit
I have always wanted to try hot pot but since I’m vegetarian, I’ve never had the chance to go out to eat it. I was so happy to see an option! There was only a few options however it was really good! I’ve never had a coconut broth before and it was amazing! I highly recommend going. I wish I learned how to eat hot pot beforehand, but it’s easy to grasp!

Good vegan hotpot - Edit
We had vegan mushroom broth, and there were plenty of veggies, tofu and noodles we could add. In particular, there were multiple kinds of tofu/bean curd. There were also some vegan sauces. It was nice to be able to try a vegan hotpot.

Hot Pot Place with many vegan options - Edit
Fun Hot Pot Place that has delicious vegan options. I took the Vegetarian Kombu Hot Pot for One which comes with a vegan broth and lots of different vegetables, mushrooms and tofu. I chose Udon noodles with that. They kindly showed me which of the sauces at the sauce station are not vegan and even gave a special vegan alternative to one of the non-vegan sauces. They offer free water, tea and different kinds of iced juices.
Read moreIf you don't want to order one of the sets, you can create your own hot pot instead and choose the broth and all of the ingredients separately.
I loved the atmosphere in the restaurant and the fact that you can easily come with your friends who eat meat, because everyone can order their own hot pot. The portions were really big and service was great.

Fun science-themed hotpot - Edit
Cool hotpot restaurant with a neat science theme! There are lots of meat options if going with non vegetarians, and then there is a vegan bowl set, along with extra order able vegetables.

Delectable veggie hot pot - Edit
I was so happy to find Delectable Hot Pot close to the hotel on our first night in Taipei, I really didn't expect to find vegetarian hot pot so easily! A vegan hot pot for one came with ramen packet noodles, tofu, taro, and lots of veggies, including a whole range of mushrooms. The broth was vegetarian and tasty. Good selection of "build your own" sauces from the sauce station and lots of drink refill stations, including Taiwan beer and Thai tea (vegetarian, not vegan). Nice and helpful staff, cool layout and delicious Hotpot. I love how they arranged the veggies for display. Recommended.
