My favourite spot on campus

This was my favourite place to eat and study on campus! I think there manager is also vegan so there are great options for vegan and vegetarian folks.

Best place on campus

Would give it a 5 if I could, tons of vegetarian/vegan options. Vegan and gf fresh baking each morning, bargains prices for day olds and great coffee. Every 9th coffee free with card! Try the BFG, amazing veggie burger. Staff, music and atmosphere can’t be beat, A

Pros: Fresh, garden-grown ingredients!, Supports other local small businesses, Super tasty dishes

King of the Morning

Reasonable prices, great (and knowledgable) staff, with lots of attention to clients' dietary needs. Degrees' signature muffin, King of the Morning, is vegan, as is their large chocolate cookie. I love that lots of their produce is from heirloom varieties, seeded in U of M greenhouses and grown within a stone's throw of the restaurant.

Pros: House-grown veg; outdoor patio, Cheap, plentiful, tasty food, Great staff

Cons: Very busy- it's often hard to get a seat
