So they do have a vegan menu with 4 main courses. The food and service was great. Cute place.

I fail to understand why Happy Cow won't allow restaurants to have multiple categories. DeepWood has a Vegan menu and caters to vegetarians, along services food to the average population. I'm vegan and when I search for Vegan restaurants, I want to see restaurants like this under the Vegan section, the vegetarian section, and veg-friendly section because they fit all categories. And it is unfortunate I can't give them 4 stars because they are categorized at veg-friendly. Their vegan dishes are excellent. The tavern is charming, warm and inviting.

They had a whole separate vegan menu. I got this tomato stuffed with chick peas served on a bed of grilled kale. It was phenomenal! The staff was very knowledgable about veganism and made great recommendations! Beautiful place, really cool atmosphere. There was something for everyone.
