Vegan chef making plant based cuisine from scratch using edible flowers, vegetables, and wholefoods (no soy). As of Jan 2021: hosting pop-up at Hunter's Station every other weekend - please check webpage for schedule & updates. The chef is a scuba diver, and the food names are inspired by the sea. Example of dishes: oceanless calamari po'boy sandwich, seashell tacos, golden reef chantilly potatoes, blue lagoon cobbler, and red sea parfait. Open Sat-Sun 12:00pm-5:00pm.

Their vegan Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes are the best. Both of the sandwiches are really good and I enjoy their desserts.

My girlfriend and I went on a Saturday and both got the fish sandwich, which came with a nice side of what looked like mashed potatos but has a savory cheese like flavor to them. The sandwich itself was incredible, the heart of palm was cooked to perfection and felt like I was eating an actual fried fish filet. I've seen a few people mention the portion size was small, but I was completely full and satisfied after my meal. We also tried one each of the cookies they had, and those were phenomenal.

I almost wish I never tried the po-boy because it was so delicious now I have to struggle with picking between it and the fish sandwich! This time we tried the chocolate turtle dessert and it was amazing, I wish I had the recipe.
All in all, fantastic shop, and with plans in the works to make a dedicated restaurant, I can't wait to see how far this amazing chef goes.

We've been seeing them around and wanted to try them, and my daughter and I loved seafood and haven't had many options since becoming vegan so was very excited to see they had a pop up happening the weekend of her 21st.. We stopped in and the girl behind the counter was very sweet and friendly, she helped us with with menu and decide what to get, we settled on the crab cake burger, fish n chips sandwich and calamari poboy, came with sides of special mash potatoes and a coleslaw..

My crab cake was very small and very mushy, it had great flavor and amazing potential.. if it were bigger and had a bit of crunch to the outside on a delicious toasted bun it would have been perfect...
My hubbies fish sandwich was also very flavorful but again, not much of it there and was on the same tiny bun, and would have been elevated with a bigger bun, more fish and the bun toasted..
My daughter's sandwich the calamari poboy was my favorite it was a delicious flavor, the "calamari" was good size pieces that were flavorful, breaded and crispy, by far the most substantial of the 3, but its a po'boy it should have been on a soft in the center and crisp on the out side French bread roll ...it should have been 3 times the size ... the sandwich now as is, is no way a poboy.. again this sandwich has amazing potential.
The potatoes were AMAZING !!! Absolutely delicious and zero complaints...
The coleslaw was full of flavor and perfect as well !!
The price was way OVERPRICED for what you get, and I get its meant to be gourmet, and if thats the price you want to go with then make it clear what your getting, GOURMET SLIDERS !!
Gourmet food does not get served in paper bags when eating in, add a tray😄
Overall i wish them all the best, very friendly owner, delicious food with great potential, and I'd suggest trying it just keep in mind portions are tiny, and prices are high, this way when you go in you don't come out feeling hungry and shorted..
We won't being go back anytime soon due to portions and prices 😒

Great Taste of The Sea - Edit
Partner and I shared the Sicilian sea dog, and the palm ‘fish’ sandwich. We really enjoyed both, the dog had some great spice, and a very nice cheesy sauce on it. The palm ‘fish sandwich’ was excellent, and came with a creamy mashed potato side. Definitely seek out this hidden gem if you visit Nashville!

We were lucky enough to be passing through Nashville during a weekend when they had a pop-up down the street from our Airbnb. We ordered the fish sandwich and the Sicilian Sea Dog. Both amazing and highly recommended. The man working the stand is also very nice and helpful. Even if it’s not walking distance to you, it’s worth a trip :)
