A good experience - Edit
In Taunton for the first time and looking for dinner but trying to avoid usual chains. Checked the menu at Deckhouse and found they had a couple of vegan options for both starter and main course as well as a vegan cheeseburger.
Read moreGave it a try and was very impressed. Starter of Kale and Pea Fritter and Beetroot and Red Onion Tarte Tatin for main course we're well executed and very tasty. Wine list had vegan options marked too.
They also have a coffee and cake daytime menu which had 3 vegan options out of 6.
Ambience was good and staff were friendly and efficient.
Pros: Good value for money, Choices a bit different from the usual chain stuff
