De Rosenobel

De Rosenobel is a very cozy restaurant in the center of Antwerp that serves a mostly vegan buffet. The food is terrific and tastes like it was made with love.

A few sauces contain milk and there is some cheese next to the salads but 95% is vegan and the owners will gladly help you out.

You pay by weight, i paid 19 euros for 1,5 plate (650 grams).
I was very full and everything i ate was super satisfying so i don't think the price is an issue.
Dessert and soup are regularly priced.

Definitely try the mocha cake if they have it!!

Rosenobel offers a variety of vegan dishes in buffet style. The food is home made and you can taste it. The food was prepared with lots of love. The ladies who run the place are very nice and friendly. It has a very cosy and relaxed atmosphere to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Can be a bit expensive but hey, it's worth it.

We picked different things from the buffet and everything was tasty. We had a nice conversation with the staff and this place is definitely more than just food.

Me and my boyfriend went here for dinner on a saturday evening. The place had just opened so I guess not a lot of people heard about it yet as it was almost empty. But we came for the food and man... it was sooooo amazing. The owners were super friendly and showed me everything that was vegan. We paid around 45 euro's for dinner & a drink for two,so not the cheapest place, but most definitely worth it!

We took lunch today at the new vegan/vegetarian restaurant Rosenobel in the center of Antwerp.
Its location is ideal and the the interior is lovely. Since we were here for the first time we tasted from lots of dishes and they all were delicious. The lemoncake and nutspie we took for dessert were also very tasty. For 36 euro we had a maindish, drinks and dessert. This is certainly a place to come back to with our vegan/vegetarian friends.

De Rosenobel is a zen and homey restaurant to enjoy delicious food in the heart of Antwerp.
I went there with a small group of all vegans. The buffet usually closes at 14u, but they kept it open especially for us. The ladies who are the owners gave us a warm and sincere welcome before explaining shortly how the buffet worked. You fill up your place at the buffet and pay for how much you take, only 2.90 per 100 gram.
I took a bit of everything, which is a lot, there were over 12 choices including vol-au-vent, "stoofvlees", brussel sprouts in cream and other delicious foods.
Afterwards, we got a delicious dessert.
I only paid €14 for a delicious, nutricious meal, half a liter of water and dessert.

I recommend this restaurant for everyone, especially vegans and vegetarians who want a typical Belgian meal. 10/10, one of my favourite restaurants for sure.

Rosenobel is located in the heart of the city center so a must-go-to if you're strolling around the area. The buffet food is amazing. It's top-quality food (definitely not the average buffet) made with love, and the prices are decent. A must try for anyone in the area, even if you just want to taste a little bit of everything.
If you're vegan, let them know and the lovely owners are there to help you out.

Whether you look for a vegan/vegetarian restaurant or just want to have a break in classical Belgium gastronomy, this newly opened place is for you ! All meals are home-made with fresh, organic and sometimes gluten-free products. Everything is so tasty ! The staff is friendly and the place very nicely decorated and peaceful. Try it and recommend it !
And as a meat-eater I also learnt that I am a flexitarian !

Absolutely phenomenal food (soups, casseroles, grains, with seasonal vegetables and mushrooms well represented on the day I was there). Of all the dishes, each was uniquely flavoured and all were delicious. The relaxed, elegant feel of the restaurant means you don't feel hurried in enjoying each of the little morsels on your plate! Plus nice drinks and friendly staff. The price is not super cheap but is absolutely worth it, given the quality of the food. Would thoroughly recommend.
