Door vooraf telefonisch overleg was er een veganistisch menu op oudejaarsavond. Dit was echt in alle opzichten heel smakelijk. Goede verse, biologische ingrediënten.

We enjoyed the rode koe very much. The owner is a nice man which speaks also Dutch. We ordered the tika masala and the vegetarian bowl (which is actually vegan). These dishes where actually the right amount, lovely and very tasty. Besides these 2 dishes there where many vega(n) main dishes. Also for desert there are enough options. We had the apple cinnamon pie which was homemade (it looks like all the pies are homemade). The pieces are incredible big and delicious.

This restaurant has a focus on vegetarian cuisine, though they also offer (too many?) meat options.
Read moreVegan is not a problem, you will find something (and even have choice) and they have plenty of vegan cake and some other vegan desserts.
We went on a Monday evening and literally every chair in the restaurant was taken. So better reserve a table ahead!
It is quite expensive, but they use organic ingredients and everything is homemade.

Great Option for Mixed Meat/Veggie/Vegan Groups - Edit
Lovely restaurant, owner very nice. Only a couple of fully vegan options, but for a mixed group with meat eaters/vegetarians/vegans, an excellent choice that will make everyone very happy! Delicious food and yummy wine.

Absolutely delicious food, multiple vegan options (menu also had English translation). Our server (also the owner) was bi-lingual and very accomodating. Vegan smoked tofu tagine was seasoned amazingly as well as 5 or 6 vegan desert options. Everything is hand made to order and you can really tell. The chef is the owners wife so there's a real sense of passion in what they offer. The drinks were artisan and well thought out. On the whole was actually quite inexpensive also! 10/10 evening. Only reason I couldn't give 5* is they also have meat options, but it's very much a vegan/veggie focused establishment

I had the vegan burger (which will set you back a hefty 17,50€, which is probably the most I've ever paid for a vegan burger, even the sophisticated ones (such as Les Tontons Veg in Paris)).
Read moreFirst disappointment was that if you ask for the vegan option, they'll only remove the cheese and won't add anything instead. You're really just paying the same for a lessened experience.
Then comes the patty itself.
It was tasty but the texture was like being back in 2010 when veggie patties were the rage.
Burgers have come such a long way since then, especially in recent years.
Everything was just so soft with absolutely zero crunch or bite.
So much so that by the end it just feels like you're eating vegetables in a bread.

Vegans don't have an abundance of choice since most dishes contain cheese. Meat is often optional, the focus of the restaurant is vegetarian. The soup is especially good and I was fond of the vegan plate, it contains a lot of different dishes.

I went there with a non-vegan person and we both loved it! The dishes are copious and tasty with very fresh products. There are numerous vegetarian and vegan options and the desserts are lovely. Think about booking a table before going there as the main room is not that big and it can get full pretty fast.

We ate here on Bastille Day, a lovely experience. Veggie options for my wife and vegan for me. Went for the Assiette vegan, a warm salad with lots of flavours. And apple and cinnamon cake, which came with fresh berries and vanilla ice cream. Absolutely lovely evening here, try it!

Came here with my omni parents and we all loved it. There were a number of vegan options: the tagine, a tikka masala, a burger (ask to be made vegan) and an asiette do jour, as well as a specials board with more vegan options.
Read moreI had the burger which was very tasty. It was a mixture of vegetables with a sauce on top (the sauce was the best bit) in a nice bun. Came with a side salad and chips.
My mum had the tagine, which was also very good. The tofu was especially delicious.
The man serving us was very friendly and helpful and happy to speak English to us (though my dad was determined to speak Dutch).
A good selection of vegan desserts were available. There was a chocolate cake, spiced carrot cake, an apple cake and a cake of the day.
I had the apple cake, which was served hot. My sibling had the chocolate cake and my mum had the cake of the day (chocolate and pear). All were very good, but we agreed could have benefitted from some ice cream or icing of some kind.
Overall, a lovely experience.
